Company: Antaraal Resort & Spa DharamshalaAbout UsAntaraal Resort & Spa is a serene luxury retreat nestled in the hills of Dharamshala. The property hosts wellness retreats, yoga camps, destination weddings, corporate offsites, and leisure stays. We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who can help grow our bookings and partnerships.Key Responsibilities- Generate bookings for room stays, wellness retreats, destination weddings, and corporate events.- Build relationships with travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, and corporate clients.- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase resort occupancy.- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.- Manage leads from social media, website inquiries, and travel platforms.- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.- Maintain a database of clients and track sales activity.Requirements- 2-5 years experience in hotel, resort, travel, or hospitality sales preferred.- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.- Experience with corporate bookings, weddings, or retreat sales is a plus.- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry networking.- Self-driven with a passion for hospitality and customer experience.Preferred Skills- Knowledge of travel industry networks and wedding planners.- Digital lead handling (Instagram, website inquiries, etc.).- Negotiation and closing skills.How to ApplySend your CV and a short introduction to: [Email / Phone] (ref:updazz.com)
