Responsibilities : - Manage Instagram & Facebook for Indisangam and Pspeaches - Plan monthly content calendars (reels, carousels, stories) - Understand different tones: - Indisangam - premium, elegant, festive, minimal - Pspeaches - playful, cute, colourful, mom-friendly - Coordinate with photographer & designer - Caption writing hashtag strategy - Track engagement, reach & sales-led content - Work on launches, offers & festive campaignsMust-Have Skills : - Strong Instagram & Reels understanding - Fashion sense trend awareness - Knows what sells in Indian women s wear & kidswear - Basic analytics knowledge - Can brief models, shoots & influencersBonus (Nice to have) : - Influencer coordination - WhatsApp broadcast / ecommerce marketing knowledge (ref:updazz.com)
