Job Description:We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness and business growth.Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.- Plan content calendars, campaigns, reels, and short-form videos.- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams for creatives and copy.- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active community.- Track, analyze, and report performance using social media analytics tools.- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize them for reach, engagement, and conversions.- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.- Experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.- Basic understanding of paid ads, influencer marketing, and content marketing.- Good communication and copywriting skills.- Creative mindset with attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)- Experience in reels, shorts, and video-based content strategy.- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.- Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
