HR Executive HR Workflow Management Job Description Duties: Employee Lifecycle Documentation: Conduct day-one orientation inductions for new hires, manage the onboarding documentation flow, issue official appointment letters, and arrange reference checks. HRIS & Employee Database Management: Track performance logs, promotion schedules, department transfers, and resignation filings by keeping our core HRIS platform up to date with employee master data. Processing Attendance and Payroll Inputs: Verify overtime balances, compute shift leaves, audit monthly biometric attendance registers, and provide error-free payroll input sheets for the finance desk. Grievance Handling & Policy Administration: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries on workplace policies, medical insurance claims, corporate perks, and leave regulations. Monitoring Statutory Labor Compliance: Make sure that employee statutory dues, such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and professional tax computations, are processed accurately each month. Focus Skills: HRIS System Agility: The ability to function practically in contemporary HRIS systems (such Darwinbox, Keka, greytHR, Workday, or SuccessFactors). Excel Spreadsheets Competency: Excellent operational skills using MS Excel matrices to create employee rosters, audit leaves, and execute payroll data set formulae. Working knowledge of local factory acts, labor laws, and regulations pertaining to PF, ESI, and fundamental payroll systems is known as labor laws and statutory compliance literacy. Polished Interpersonal Communication: To handle internal employee conflicts and carry out employee counseling, use an empathetic, tactful, and highly articulate communication style.
