Examine, clean, and validate intricate time-office inputs, such as biometric attendance records, shift patterns, leave balances, and mid-month joining criteria. Determine and submit monthly statutory employee and employer deductions, making sure that they are completely compliant with local regulations for the Labor Welfare Fund, Employee State Insurance, Provident Fund, and Professional Tax. Manage Form 16 distributions, review employee tax investment statements, calculate monthly Tax Deducted at Source, and support the filing of quarterly e-TDS returns. Work with department supervisors to handle expense reimbursements, night shift allowances, performance bonuses, and sales incentives in accordance with corporate policy.
