As a "Financial Relationship Catalyst," you establish immediate connection with clients, handle interest objections, clearly explain banking features, and turn unsolicited calls into qualified sales appointments or direct digital applications. The ideal applicant is a clear, strong, and convincing communicator who regularly surpasses daily calling and lead-generation goals and can confidently explain complicated financial concepts. Key Duties Outbound Financial Product Pitching: Pitch retail loan portfolios, balance transfers, or premium credit card upgrades to bank clients or potential leads by making a large number of cold and warm calls per day. Customer Needs Mapping: Determine the caller's current or prospective credit needs and suggest suitable banking solutions by strategically asking questions to learn about their financial profile. Lead Conversion & Documentation Support: Gather basic data for online application forms, secure client consent, produce qualified leads, and methodically set up follow-up appointments for the field sales cell. Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond professionally to incoming calls for customer care or telemarketing, answering inquiries about accounts, confirming eligibility, and clearly addressing any issues regarding product fees.
