Job Description

Telesales Executive Inbound & Outbound Sales Job Description Duties: Outbound Revenue Generation: Make a lot of outbound sales calls to consumer databases or potential business clients, regularly surpassing daily transaction, connection, and revenue goals. Consultative Need Discovery: To promote corporate products as customized solutions, lead prospects through organized discovery conversations and map out their organizational or personal difficulties. Direct Transaction Closing: Conduct payments or contract closing during the live call, create a sense of urgency, implement premium bundles, and provide powerful sales presentations. Overcoming Resistance & Handling Objections: Use organized rebuttals to guide callers back to closing arguments while navigating price barriers, competition comparisons, and advanced buyer hesitations. CRM Deal Pipeline Hygiene: Track account changes and rapidly update deal stages by keeping thorough and comprehensive logs of all customer interactions within corporate systems Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. Focus Skills: Advanced Remote Closing Aptitude: Proven ability to request orders and obtain commitments over the phone, as well as exceptional conversational agility and psychological instincts. Persuasive Articulation & Voice Modulation: In the first minute, build credibility and trust with a strong command of voice inflection, pace adjustment, and active listening cues. Advanced Objection Navigation: The ability to quickly and effectively address typical buyer objections about prices, schedules, or rival services without losing steam. CRM and Dialer Platform Fluency: The ability to operate practically while utilizing contemporary inside sales tools, such as customer platforms and predictive dialers.
