Remittance Data Interpretation: Match individual lump-sum payments to multi-line client accounts by reading and parsing intricate remittance advises, check stubs, and payment explanations. Unapplied CashResolution: Map missing invoices by working with bank employees, sales cells, and clients to isolate, flag, and locate unapplied or unidentified incoming payments. Shortage & Deduction Management: Use adjustment records to route payment shortages, overpayments, processing fees, and unauthorized customer deductions to collection or dispute resolution units. Daily Bank-Ledger Balancing: Determine and promptly correct any entry or balance disparities by comparing the total applied transactional statistics with bank deposit summaries every day. Posting administrative rejections, takebacks, adjustments, and fractional copayments while keeping a transparent audit trail is known as denial and takeback entry processing.
