Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy. Generate performance reports and dashboards. Identify data trends and provide insights to management. Coordinate with different teams for data requirements. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ensure timely submission of reports to management. Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot data-related issues. & & & Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas). Knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Office. Basic understanding of SQL / Power BI / Tableau (preferred). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.
