Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain daily gold and jewellery stock records accurately.Update inward and outward entries of jewellery items in the software/system.Maintain records of gold weight, purity, item details, and transaction data.Prepare daily stock and inventory reports.Coordinate with production, billing, dispatch, and inventory departments.Verify data accuracy and correct entry errors when required.Handle barcode/tagging data entries if applicable.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company records.
Required Skills
Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
