Job Description

We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager for Pune&
Work Days : Sunday to Saturday (With 1 weekly off between Monday to Friday) Work Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm all days Reports: Sales Manager Location: Pune Scope The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for increasing company revenues and attaining sales targets. This professional performs tasks such as monitoring and achieving monthly targets set by the Sales Manager, reporting to senior management, collaborating with the marketing department, and identifying new leads through various business channels. Role & Responsibilities

Provides product, promotion, and pricing information; selects appropriate information; forwards information; answers questions.
Updates the line manager about daily action summaries.
Maintain sales tracking reports.
Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates
Determine and recommend prospecting customers by analysing historical and other statistical information, participating in conducting customer interviews and preparing customer call analysis reports.
Provides after-sales service and in particular, ensures all customers ' complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the sales manager if necessary.
Confirms verbal proposals in writing.
At all times promote a positive image of the company in all forms of contact.
To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients, students at piano schools, music teachers in the community and members of the trade.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor s Degree from a deemed university. An engineering or equivalent degree is preferable& &
Adept in data analysis&
Effective communicator, skilled in presenting complex concepts in straightforward ways
Bilingual, English and Hindi: speak fluently, as well as write and translate in both languages
Experienced in time management, establishing priorities, and complying with deadlines
Candidates with Musical Knowledge will be preferred
