Required HR Intern - Puducherry

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in a variety of tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and engagement activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world HR operations and explore different facets of the HR profession. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations, or organizational development. As an intern, your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring documentation compliance.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assisting in drafting HR Policies, Memos, and communications.
• Coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Conducting surveys and compiling reports related to HR functions
• Assisting in payroll-related tasks and attendance tracking
• Providing administrative support to the HR team as required.
