Greeting From Vishakan Placement Service!! & We are recruiting fresher & Experience Candidate for Telesales Insurance Sales Process(Relationship Executive / Relationship Manager ) . & & & Position: Relationship Executive Telesales ( Fresher & & 3 yrs exp) Department: Sales / Insurance Job Location: Chennai Anna Salai, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-Time & & Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health insurance products Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly to customers Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships for improved conversions Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure customer satisfaction & Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good convincing and negotiation abilities Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills Basic understanding of sales processes Proficiency in Tamil preferred Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary: 1.8 LPA 2.7 LPA Performance-based monthly incentives up to 25,000 Quarterly FAB Bonus starting from 1,000 & & Position: Relationship Manager Telesales( Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply) & Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary: 2.4 LPA 4.5 LPA Performance-based monthly incentives up to 40,000 Quarterly FAB Bonus starting from 1,000 & & Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health and life insurance products and mutual funds.
