Your principal responsibility is to accurately enter, update, validate, and manage massive amounts of alpha-numeric data in our enterprise resource planning ERP software, digital record systems, and company databases. As the "Data Operations Specialist, " you take direct responsibility for gathering raw source documents, including physical invoices, client registration profiles, shipment manifests, and sales logs, and turning them into digital profiles that are easily indexed and searchable. This position is the foundation of our daily analytical flow, handling risks such as typos, duplicate entries, mismatched columns, and incomplete profiles that could result in accounting or downstream supply chain bottlenecks. Key Skills: Outstanding 10-Key & Keyboard Typing Fluidity: When using a 10-key numeric pad, typing performance is high and precision is great. Advanced Spreadsheet Software Competency: Extremely adept in using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel shortcuts, data filtering, sorting parameters, and column formatting. High Mental Focus & Discrepancy Spotting: Excellent situational endurance to identify small mistakes, missing digits, or characters that have been switched around in lengthy text and number lines. System Search Navigation Speed: Quick familiarity with cloud folders, unique database search tools, and simple web interfaces to quickly edit records.
