Job Description
Job Title: Field Executive Owner TO LET (BoardAcquisition)Location: [Bangalore]Role Overview:The Field Executive will be responsible for acquiring owner to let boards at targeted locations. This isa highly on-ground, target-driven role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and street-smartexecution skills.Key Responsibilities: Identify property owners at strategic locations for Owner to let board acquisitionopportunities. Meet daily/weekly acquisition targets as assigned by the supervisor/Manager. Regular field visits and maintain a pipeline of potential locations for doing the daily targets. Collect all the necessary details on the owner to let board, for example Mobile Number,location, Photos of the owner to let board and building picture. Provide real-time updates and reports on field activities. Daily update on the attendance working. Updating the information on owner to let with integrity.Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) Prior experience in field, real estate, B2C field marketing is an advantage. Must own a smartphone for reporting and communication Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license for local travel.Key Skills & Requirements: Fluency in local language Kannada (mandatory) and basic English/Hindi (preferred) Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Street-smart approach with the ability to handle objections and close deals Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve daily goals Good knowledge of local geography and routes Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field environmentWork Conditions: Extensive travel within assigned territory Field-based role. Performance-driven incentives based on target achievementSuccess Metrics: Number of owner onboardings per day/week Conversion rate from approached leads Marathahalli, Bengaluru
