You won t just be a number in a large sales team; you will work directly with the Co-Founder, learning the nuances of corporate business development, consultative sales, and strategic operations from day one. What You Will Learn ?
& We do not expect you to know everything on day one. You will undergo rigorous, hands-on training directly under the Co-Founder to master the following:
& Consultative Counseling & Sales: Connect with prospective students and parents via inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings to match their career goals with premier academic paths.
& On-Campus Portfolio Advisory: Guide learners to select the best-fit traditional and professional on-campus undergraduate or postgraduate degree programs from top-tier Indian universities.
& Admission Lifecycle Management: Walk students through campus eligibility criteria, university documentation, entrance examinations, fee schedules, and registration timelines.
& Relationship & CRM Management: Maintain consistent, value-driven follow-ups with high-intent leads and meticulously track progress using internal CRM tools.
Who We Are Looking For ?
& Education: Recent Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (2025/2026 pass-outs preferred). Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a major plus).
& Learning Agility: A sharp, coachable, and inquisitive mind that absorbs feedback quickly and thrives under direct mentorship.
