Job Description
Sales Executive Sales Planning & Deal Closures Job Description Duties: New Customer Lead Generation & Acquisition: Match our technical expertise with the production or supply needs of prospective B2B industrial clients by proactively prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying them. Consultative Technical Presentations: Transform technical production specs into concise, powerful business value statements for corporate procurement heads through expert on-site and online client presentations. Commercial Quote Architecture & Negotiation: Create precise, data-driven pricing and commercial quotations, guiding contract talks to close win-win agreements and maximize margin thresholds. Key Account Maintenance & Retention: To ensure repeat business, find cross-selling opportunities, and ease delivery friction, cultivate solid, continuing relationships with current client accounts by performing routine health checks. Sales Pipeline & CRM Architecture Lifecycle: In the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, log, manage, and advance all customer touchpoints, interaction logs, quote variations, and win/loss records. Focus Skills: Consultative Negotiation & Value-Selling Fluency: Outstanding ability to avoid price-only objections by emphasizing technical compliance, delivery dependability, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Technical Schematic & Specification Literacy: The ability to read simple engineering blueprints, material data sheets, or product measurements with ease in order to verify that sales bids are essentially viable. Assertive Lead Pipeline Management & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to handle challenging procurement reviews, pitch corporate decision-makers, and create enduring corporate networks. CRM Navigation & Clean Documentation Habits: A systematic strategy to gathering customer information, updating pipeline fields, and accurately recording contract terms.
