Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate with strong communication skills,problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of legal and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, client engagement, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients, pitch services effectively, and close deals.Convert leads into revenue-generating projects while meeting monthly targets.Communicate and build relationships with key decision-makers.Present and explain service offerings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
Requirements:Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).Self-driven, proactive, and responsible with a strong ability to learn quickly. Comfortable with technology and working independently in a dynamic environment.
