Management Trainee Marketing

Key Responsibilities: Support market development initiatives across assigned territories Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads within hospitals and healthcare institutions Assist in product demonstrations, workshops, and clinical interactions Build relationships with doctors, hospital teams, and key stakeholders Participate in conferences, CMEs, and on-ground engagement activities Conduct market research and competitor analysis Work closely with senior team members to understand the end-to-end sales process Collaborate with internal teams including clinical, marketing, and service
Eligibility Criteria: MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management) recent graduates / final year students BE / B. Tech in Biomedical or Electronics (mandatory) Strong interest in medical devices / healthcare / technology-driven sales
