Cycle Time Optimization & Line Balancing: To maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE, identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks by analyzing manufacturing sequences using time-and-motion studies. Implementing the Lean Manufacturing Framework: Use conventional Lean tools, such as 5S workplace organization, Kaizen modifications, Value Stream Mapping VSM, and Single-Minute Exchange of Die SMED quick-changeover setups, to drive continuous improvement programs. Manufacturing Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: When production lines stop, oversee prompt shop-floor technical inquiries. Use structured Root Cause Analysis RCA techniques, such as the 5 Whys or Fishbone diagrams, to fix tooling or assembly errors.
