Graphic designer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to create high-quality marketing and brand creatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in visual storytelling, branding, typography, layout design, motion graphics, and video editing. You will be responsible for designing engaging static and motion creatives for social media, paid advertising campaigns, websites, marketplaces, and other marketing channels while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Design social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials. Create website marketing banners, landing page visuals, and campaign creatives. Develop short promotional videos and motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and digital campaigns. Design Amazon and marketplace creatives, including product images, lifestyle creatives, feature highlights, and A+ content. Create visually compelling marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, visual hierarchy, and brand identity. Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to execute creative campaigns. Deliver organized, editable source files and maintain proper file management standards. Stay updated with current design trends, creative technologies, and industry best practices. Requirements 4+ years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, branding, advertising, and motion creative work. Proficiency in the following software tools: Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory) Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory) Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory) Adobe After Effects (Mandatory) Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Experience creating creatives for social media, digital advertising, websites, and marketplaces. Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency. Strong attention to detail and file organization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in agencies, startups, or high-growth environments. Experience creating performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused designs. Understanding of marketplace creative requirements (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Knowledge of AI-powered design and creative tools is a plus. Familiarity with modern creative workflows and automation tools.
