Performance-Related Calling Role Telecaller Job Description: Responsibilities: Outbound Financial Prospecting & Lead Generation: Make a set number of calls every day to pre-screened prospects or current bank clients, offering customised financial products, loan packages, and account upgrades. Banking Product Articulation & Needs Analysis: Clearly inform consumers about the advantages, interest rates, payback schedules, and processing costs of credit cards and loans, tailoring bank products to the caller's particular life-stage requirements. Customer Authentication & Data Verification: Before discussing any sensitive financial account balances, loan terms, or personal identifiers, strictly carry out the required identification verification checks. Lead Qualification & Credit Screening: To ensure alignment with banking loan standards, assess client interest and perform basic preliminary checks on income brackets, employment stability, and current credit liabilities. Cross-Selling & Service Upgrades: Find opportunities to move basic account users into premium tiers by connecting them to fixed deposit choices, auto-debit capabilities, or digital mobile banking apps. RBI/Compliance and Strict Banking Regulation Adherence: Throughout every engagement, make sure that all national banking regulations, fair practice lending norms, data privacy laws, and internal Do-Not-Call (DNC) registers are strictly followed.
