Health Insurance Advisor - Mumbai

Conduct structured consultations with customers to understand their family s healthcare needs, financial responsibilities, and existing coverage Initiate conversations around rising medical costs, healthcare inflation, and the financial impact of hospitalization Educate customers about the importance of adequate health protection for their families Recommend suitable health insurance plans individual, family floater, and super top-up available in the market based on the customer s needs and financial situation Build trust through consultative discussions and needs-based advisory Address customer questions clearly and confidently including coverage, cashless hospitalization, waiting periods, and claims helping them make informed financial decisions Maintain detailed records of consultations, customer insights, and sales outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support Stay updated on health insurance products, industry practices, and financial planning concepts Requirements 1 2 years of experience in advisory, sales, insurance, or financial services Excellent spoken communication skills in both English and Hindi (mandatory) Strong ability to build rapport and conduct engaging conversations with customers Clear articulation, confidence, and professionalism during consultations A consultative mindset with the ability to simplify health insurance concepts for customers Self-driven and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup ecosystem Preferred Profile Prior experience in insurance, BFSI, or financial protection products is strongly preferred Exposure to health insurance or consultative, advisory-based selling is a distinct advantage A customer-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to build trust over consultative conversations Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred Lower Parel, Mumbai
