As the "Guardian of Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, Candidate Experience, Offer Acceptance Rate (OAR), and Sourcing Channel ROI," you assume direct execution responsibility for converting job descriptions, department expansion plans, and open headcount requisitions into filled, verified, and high-performing hires. Key Skills: Mastery of Talent Sourcing and Headhunting: Practical knowledge of Boolean logic, job board resume databases, advanced LinkedIn sourcing, and direct applicant engagement. Behavioural Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation: The capacity to carry out competency-based interviews in an organised manner, assess soft skills, determine job fit, and spot warning signs in a candidate's career history. Stakeholder Management & Persuasive Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities to manage applicant connections, persuade hiring managers, and carry out transparent offer negotiations. ATS & Recruitment Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of using sourcing databases and applicant tracking systems.
