Yield and Waste Management: To reduce raw material waste and rework expenses, keep an eye on material utilisation, track scrap rates, examine the underlying causes of rejection, and put remedial measures in place. Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement: To optimise workflow, shorten changeover times, and boost operational productivity, implement 5S, Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping projects.
