Serving as the "Guardian of Processing Accuracy, Turnaround Time (TAT), Quality Compliance, Data Confidentiality, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)," you assume direct execution responsibility for promoting error-free, effective non-voice workflows without necessitating face-to-face communication. Key Skills: Grammar and Written Communication Precision: Excellent written English language proficiency for business email and chat exchanges, including correct grammar, sentence structure, tone, and spelling. Data Entry Speed & High Precision: Quick and precise keyboarding abilities with a keen eye for detail when entering alphanumeric data. System Navigation & CRM Proficiency: Practical knowledge of web-based ERPs, document management systems, ticketing portals, and simple keyboard shortcuts.
