Key Skills: Written Communication & Non-Voice Support Mastery: Outstanding written English skills, including spelling, punctuation, typing speed, and a polished tone for email and chat support. Back-Office & Ticketing Platform Proficiency: Practical knowledge of back-office ERP/database technologies as well as CRM and ticketing platforms Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management. Analytical & Data Accuracy Mindset: Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated skills in identifying data inconsistencies, completing error-free data input, and doing root-cause analysis on client enquiries.
