Oversee the implementation of TPM throughout the entire plant in all eight pillars, promote the maturity of Autonomous Maintenance, enable Root Cause Failure Analysis for high-impact malfunctions, and consistently enhance the efficacy of all equipment. To move the plant toward zero unplanned downtime, Industry 4.0 standards promote the use of IoT-driven smart sensors and predictive condition monitoring tools.
