Work closely with recruiting managers to develop job descriptions, set up interview panels, define job requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and offer data-driven recruitment guidance. Work with HRBPs to create competitive compensation packages, implement compelling offer rollouts, handle salary counteroffers from candidates, guarantee high acceptance rates, and move new hires to onboarding teams.
