Telecaller Banks Enquiries & Convert of Leads Job Description Duties: Outbound and Inbound Customer Engagement: To advertize banking products, make daily outbound calls to current and potential bank clients using the leads and CRM lists that have been supplied. Answer incoming consumer questions about loan processing, interest rates, and account status. Lead Qualification & Product Pitching: Determine whether a customer is interested in the product, then properly explain its benefits, interest rates, fee structures, and eligibility requirements while adhering to the script 's established rules. Reminders for EMI and Loan Follow-Up: Update the status of applications, make polite or collection/EMI payment reminder calls for past-due accounts, and get in touch with applicants for missing loan paperwork. CRM Data Management & Daily Logging: Accurately record call results, changes, client comments, and follow-up plans into the banking CRM/dialer software and spreadsheets. Tracking Performance and Achieving Goals: Meet or surpass monthly cross-selling benchmarks, lead conversion quotas, and daily call targets on a regular basis. Focus Skills: Persuasive Communication & Pitching: Excellent oral communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages, as well as the capacity to clearly explain the advantages of financial products over the phone. Resilience and Objection Handling: The capacity to handle client reluctance, respond to rejections politely, and refute objections without losing your cool. CRM & Calling System Literacy: Practical knowledge of CRM software, automated diallers, cloud telephony systems, and simple MS Excel/Google Sheets for logging. Banking Product Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of retail banking products, including credit cards, savings accounts, fixed deposits, personal, auto, and home loans, and EMI collection procedures.
