Pipeline Selection and Qualification: Screen resumes against job requirements and conduct an initial phone/video interview to assess technical fit, salary expectations, notice period, and cultural fit. Coordination of interview logistics and hiring managers: Plan and coordinate multi-step interview loops between candidates and hiring managers. Create explanatory materials and collect post-interview evaluation rubrics. Offer Management and Onboarding: We can help you write formal offer letters, manage salary negotiation guidelines within allowed ranges, coordinate pre-employment background checks, and facilitate onboarding transitions from day one. ATS Management and Recruitment Analytics: Manage applicant records with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Use tracking spreadsheets to track daily metrics such as application processing times, interview conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and candidate decline reasons.
