Manage the offer approval and release process, including salary negotiation, background verification (BGV) initiation, and pre-onboarding engagement. Maintain clean data hygiene in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), updating candidate statuses, pipeline metrics, and recruitment dashboards. Build long-term talent pools for recurring or critical roles to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics Required Skills: Proven experience in full-lifecycle recruitment across diverse business domains. Hands-on proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter). Strong candidate assessment, behavioral interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with high interpersonal sensitivity.
