Electronics Technician PCB Testing & Electronic Hardware Job Description Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Salary: Based on interview Performance Focus Skills: Practical knowledge of analog/digital electronics, component identification (resistors, capacitors, transistors, ICs, microcontrollers), and circuit principles. Strong soldering skills for both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT), including fine-pitch component rework. Hands-on proficiency with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, DC power supplies). Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, PCB layout drawings, and assembly bill of materials (BOM).
