Responsibilities

• Manage the social media accounts of the organization in Facebook , Youtube etc .
• Proficiency across publishing & advertising platforms of Facebook , Youtube .
• Monitor & evaluate social media results through deep analytics & metrics
• Assist with general day to day administrative tasks.
• Report regularly on performance & engagement across multiple social media platforms .

Educational Qualification-10+2 passed or depending on client requirement

Skills Required:-

• Typing speed/Accuracy If required
• 20 WPM / 85% Skill set required
• Domestic process- Average communication skills Can understand and translate English
• Domestic premium process- Good communication skills Can speak English
• International process- Excellent communication skills Can speak fluent English without any grammatical mistake
• Basic knowledge / As per client requirement

MTI issue will not be considered in any voice process or blended process except for some Non-voice process.
