Job Description Setting out, leveling and surveying the site Execution Planning of all the site civil works Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations Providing estimation and ensuring the quality of construction Materials Project work scheduling and maintaining the project. Deadlines Bill checking/ Bill certification Coordinating with Engineers/ Sub Contractors / Surveyors Resolving technical issues. Responsible for achieving the target with time schedule Preparing reports and documents as required Check for proper stacking and storage of materials in various go downs and stores of the site Candidate Profile Excellent Interpersonal skills and Leadership skills Good in Organizational skills and Analytical skills Strong communications skills both in English and Tamil.
