Job description 1. Supporting the Manager HR in all activities, 2. Recruiting, finding a right candidate in all sources of portal 3. Coordinating for the Interview processing, screening etc , 4. Shortlisting the candidates as per the company standards/requirements 5. Arranging the candidate for face to face interview 6. Taking care of Joining & Exit formalities 7. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management) 8.
