Job description Greetings from Pvt Ltd We are Hiring for HR Executive / Recruiter Location : t nagar, Chennai Experience : 0- 2 yrs Source potential candidates from various platforms, like Job Portals, and Social Media platforms Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using job portals, referrals. Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins Ensure that recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet the business needs. Desired Profile: Excellent Communication skills Should be Flexible work.
