&bull Knowledge of financial services industry
&bull Good communication and 'people skills '

Duties & Responsibilities:

&bull Understanding the product offering clearly
&bull Ability to explain the product to the merchants
&bull Good Experience into Cold Calling/Direct Sourcing
&bull Good knowledge of Local Market Sales
&bull Ability to handle sales calls independently
&bull Ability to handle and manage local sales promotions
&bull Achieving targeted loan disbursements.
&bull Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to credit and operations.
&bull To build a profitable portfolio.
