Outbound sales

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in the company database.
Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls made, leads generated, and conversion.
Participate in training and development programs to improve performance and achieve company
objectives.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
What are you looking for:
1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using a customer database.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
