Supply Chain Manager

Role: Supply Chain Manager: Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning
Reporting To: Head, Supply Chain, TWT
Type of Role: Lead role leading a team of 2-3 people
Experience: SC MBA & 2+years of experience OR 3+ years of hands-on experience in FMCG or D2C
start up demand or supply planning OR SCM consulting experience
Location: Mumbai. Office: Krislon House, Marol.
Remote Work: This is not a remote work role. The role will involve travel to Warehouse Bhiwandi
and/or Andheri on any given day.About the job:
The Whole Truth is a 100% Clean Label brand that does not use any preservatives. This results in reduced
shelf life and a complex Supply Chain.

1. Develop and implement a robust S&OP process to ensure accurate demand forecasting, inventory
planning, and production scheduling
2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence and customer demand
insights
3. Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review sales forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and
financial projections
4. Analyze key performance indicators KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven
recommendations for optimizing supply chain efficiency
5. Work closely with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products and
manage inventory levels
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the S&OP
process
7. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and
coordination throughout the S&OP cycle

Attention to detail with ability to spot patterns
Very structured in day-to-day work
Collabrative in nature. The job involves working with a lot of cross functional teams while being in the
hot seat. The person needs to be comfortable with this type of a role and have maturity to handle
difficult situations
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of best practices in S&OP processes, including demand planning methodologies and
inventory management techniques
2. Bachelor 's or master&rsquos degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related
field
3. Proven experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain management
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
5. Proficiency in using S&OP software systems or advanced Excel skills for data analysis
Edge:
Knows either SQL or R or Python
Past experience in S&OP or having worked with a planning tool in their previous role.
