Walkin For Account Executive Exp- 1 to 3 Yrs exp 2024 Walkin Experience Candidate for Account Executive/ Senior Accountant Position in our reputed organisation. Experience 1 to 3 years or more Salary 25-28k pm JD: 1. General Ledger Maintenance: Manage the general ledger and record all financial transactions accurately and timely in compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations. 2. Invoice creation along with e-way bill 3. Invoice registration in portals of customers 4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections. Review and process vendor invoices for payment while maintaining strong vendor relationships. 5. Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts to maintain accuracy and detect discrepancies. 6. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 7. Audit Support: Prepare necessary documentation and support external auditors during financial audits to ensure compliance with auditing standards. 8. Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. 9. Must be a team player and a hard worker Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelors Degree in Accounts/Finance 2. Proficiency in Tally and Excel 3.
