Job Description

Job responsibility -

As Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for Digital &

Offline Marketing.

&bull Developing and managing the implementation of the marketing for activities

along with brand strategy for all verticals under the group.

&bull Team handling exp is highly desirable.

&bull The incumbent will be responsible for driving the marketing systems business

strategy with his/her creative and intellectual inputs.

&bull Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create

awareness of company 's business activities. supervising the team and

providing guidance with innovative ideas for promotional events or activities

and organizing them efficiently.

&bull Be the point of contact for sharing updates and new ideas with stakeholders-

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms

and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-

market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on

tactics.

&bull Design, implement and own the strategy for delivery of newsletters and short

content videos via online channels including email marketing, blog, and social

media.

&bull Conduct market research and surveys to identify opportunities for promotion

and growth.

&bull Representing and promoting the Institute at national and international

exhibitions, school & college seminars and providing market analysis post

event.

&bull Provide marketing support for the Institute activities conducted for students &

staff.

&bull Managing online marketing initiatives Google Ad Words, direct placements

Track and reconcile digital media budget- Define the overall plan for the

product marketing team and work closely with the team to deliver it.

Desired Profile:

&bull Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Digital & Offline Marketing.

&bull Well versed with marketing tools on a digital platform, social media as well as

offline tools

&bull Excellent communicator

&bull Target Oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

&bull Go Getter Attitude.

&bull Willing to travel as and when required.

Skills: Marketing,will be accountable for Digital & Offline Marketing,Team handling,Conduct market research
