Real Estate Sales Executive (Commercial Projects) - Join a well known brand within Real Estate- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesThe Job :Key Responsibilities :Client Acquisition : Identify and cultivate potential clients interested in commercial real estate projects.Sales Presentations : Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our commercial projects.Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations.Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with project offerings.Documentation : Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.Networking : Actively participate in networking events and engage with local communities to expand the reach and visibility of our projects.Ideal Candidate :Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in commercial projects.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills.Customer Focus : Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the local real estate market in and around Barnala.
