You will be the face of Fresherly, embodying our values and commitment to empowering the next generation of professionals.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct detailed market research to identify potential college partners.- Reach out to college administrators and faculty through cold calling, emails, and networking events to introduce Fresherly s services.- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present our platform, mentorship programs, and pricing models effectively.- Lead negotiations and handle objections, steering discussions toward closing deals.- Complete the full sales cycle from initial contact to securing payment confirmation from colleges.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new partners.- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on quality partnerships.Qualifications :- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to sales, marketing, business, or any other relevant field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to persuade and influence.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.- Willingness to travel to various college locations as required.Compensation :- This is a performance-based internship with an unlimited stipend structure.
