We are looking for a Global Therapy Area Development Project Lead : CVD Marketing to join our Commercial team and contribute to our ambition of becoming leaders in CVD. The position
As a Global Project Lead : CVD Marketing, you will have the opportunity to:
:
Drive primary market research, including segmentation and positioning, to inform brand strategy and tactics development.
:
Generate and synthesize secondary insights to drive strategic decision:making.
:
Collaborate with global and affiliate stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and apply corrective actions when necessary.
:
Manage projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management and develop and implement brand strategies and tactics.
:
Foster effective communication and cross:functional cooperation with affiliates and manage internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
:
Master 's degree or above in a relevant area.
:
Minimum formal project management training equivalent to 10 full days of continued professional education.
:
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with specific experience in early asset or marketing/brand strategy in major global markets.
:
Experience in CVD, rare diseases, or oncology is a plus.
:
Experience working with pharmaceutical product development and marketization.
:
Strong stakeholder management skills and deep understanding of different functions across the pharmaceutical value chain.
About the department
The Commercial : GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial : GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP:1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders.
