Can provide excellent summary information / insights.- Ability to understand how customers interact with organizations at various touchpoints and identify improvement areas. Can develop detailed customer journeys using best in class templates.- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Is able to present to and engage audiences over the web or in face-to-face meetings - be it internal stakeholders or key customer personnel.Key Responsibilities :- Evaluates customer pulse by going through all customer feedback, speaking to customers, and understanding the business environment.- Usage of insights gained to help/guide various departments (Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Product, etc.) to come up with customer experience improvements and initiatives required.- Partner with the leadership team to develop and monitor a set of key metrics and KPIs for measuring and improving Customer Experience.- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with multiple stakeholders within Staqu to ensure close collaboration and working together.- Follow up on action items and key initiatives across departments.
