What will you do at Fynd? - Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country- Understanding the brand proposition, negotiating with brands on commercial agreements and setting proper expectations- Hands on business development, brand/retailer onboarding and account management- Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround- Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organisation to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives and drive growth- Being hands-on with data, create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform- Working with the brands as well as internal marketing team to strategies and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic and transactions- Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organisation; expanding the product and brand portfolio- Maintaining a broad understanding of the brands P&L, revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decision-makingSome specific Requirements- Decent data analysis & Excel skills. Able to learn new data & analytical tools independently- Good network across the retail ecosystem including brands, retailers, e-commerce companies, technology and consulting service providers etc.- Knowledge of Ecommerce- Handle projects with problem solving & product mindset- Retail market study or Brand interaction to get inputs on new technologies or Brand updates- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills- Updated on Indian Retail trends - Good negotiation skills- Excellent time and task management skills- Understanding brands in depth business requirements- Works approach should be always customer centric- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment- Take ownership & responsibility in every task- Excellent presentation skills, preparing effect ppt- Knowledge of Retail Supply chain- Assisting Sr. team members to achieve team targets- Accountable for brands business at Fynd- Business Margin calculations (ref:updazz.com)
