Job Description :- Event Coordination : Planning meetings, conferences and tradeshows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements- Maintaining Promotional materials inventory : Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with team, placing orders, managing receipts - Digital & e-Marketing (email blasts, digital campaigns, advt etc)- Marketing support (Maintaining customer database, preparing reports of different campaigns) - Managing leads collected from various marketing campaigns- coordination with internal team in terms of follow ups- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails- Understand customer needs and requirements- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory - Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsRequired Skills :- Basic knowledge of Molecular and cell biology, Biotechnology- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Internet browsing & Digital Platforms- Soft skills to manage both internal & external customers- Content writing- Communication skills - Digital Marketing (ref:updazz.com)
