Job Description
Job Responsibilities:Business Development- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Banking and financial sector- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry- Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to target potential clientsSales and Negotiation- Conduct B2B sales activities, meeting and exceeding sales targets- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and agreements- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored mortgage solutions.Contract Closures- Lead the end-to-end contract negotiation and closure process.- Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met during the contract execution.- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to processing Market Research- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and potential risksMinimum of an MBA or CA qualification- Experience in mortgage lending with a track record of successful sales or credit underwriting is a good to have- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and lending regulations- Exceptional B2B sales and negotiation skills- Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Drive revenue through the product & meet sales targets- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targetsBenefits:- Opportunity to work on category leader products- Competitive salary and incentive structure- Professional development opportunities- Dynamic and collaborative work environment (ref:updazz.com)
