Job Description
Key Responsibilities :Account Management : Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.Sales and Revenue Growth : Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within the existing client base.Client Needs Analysis : Understand the specific needs and objectives of each client, conducting thorough needs assessments and proposing tailored solutions to address them.Negotiation and Contract Renewals : Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service-level agreements, and ensure timely renewals.Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the company s products or services, staying up to date with new features and capabilities to effectively communicate these to clients.Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and improve your sales strategies.Reporting : Create and maintain account plans, sales forecasts, and regular reports to management on sales performance and client satisfaction.Problem-Solving : Address and resolve client issues, complaints, or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Skills and Qualifications :B2B Sales Experience : Proven experience in B2B sales is essential, demonstrating a successful track record of managing corporate clients.Corporate Sales Expertise : A deep understanding of corporate sales processes, including the ability to identify, target, and engage with corporate clients effectively.Service Sales Acumen : Experience in selling services, with an emphasis on understanding client service needs and delivering solutions that align with their requirements.Communication Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for building rapport, presenting solutions, and negotiating effectively.Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills to close deals, renew contracts, and resolve disputes with clients.Strategic Thinking : The ability to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.Problem-Solving : A proactive problem-solving mindset to address client issues and challenges in a timely manner.Data Analysis : Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to make data-driven decisions and track sales performance.Time Management : Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage a portfolio of accounts, and meet deadlines.Customer-Centric Approach : A focus on client satisfaction, ensuring that the client s needs are met and exceeded.Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and organizational priorities.Team Collaboration : The capacity to work collaboratively with other teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client success.
